Step Two: Once you complete the quiz- and qualify, you’ll be prompted to schedule an appointment with one of our network physicians for your Telehealth Consultation. Lastly, you’ll select one of our prescription-based weight loss packages that best suits you. It’s that easy!

Step Three: Once your consultation is completed, prescription orders are usually processed within 7-10 business days of invoice payment. Keep in mind delivery times may vary depending on the date of your telehealth appointment, type of weight loss medication, and medication supply. All medications and prescriptions are delivered directly to your door.

Do I need a Prescription?

Should you meet the eligibility criteria for treatment, our medical team will provide you with a confidential prescription. Possessing a pre-existing prescription to access Momentum Health services is unnecessary.

Does the medication come with instructions?

As these supplements are classified as prescription items, they are designated for the individual listed on the prescription supplement vial and cannot be accepted for returns.

How should I prepare for my initial consult?

To ensure a smooth telehealth video consultation experience, consider the following guidelines. Please note that you will receive a text message containing an access link to your virtual video consultation. It’s essential to click the link to initiate the virtual consult; waiting for your provider to call you is unnecessary. Initial consultations typically last between 10 to 20 minutes.

Before the commencement of your video medical consultation:

1. Test the technology in advance. Make sure your Zoom works.

2. Select a private location with minimal background noise to discuss your healthcare issues in a distraction-free environment.

3. Ensure good lighting for clear visibility of your face; turn off music, television, or video games during the appointment.

4. Steady the camera by placing your computer or laptop on a flat surface or propping up your phone or tablet on a desk or table.

5. Position yourself in the center of the screen with the camera at eye level. What you see on your screen is what the provider will see, so being close to the screen and looking directly into the camera is essential.

6. Minimize background noise by choosing a quiet location and disabling alarms and sounds on other devices via the “do not disturb” setting.

7. Close other applications on your device to enhance internet connectivity and reduce distractions.

8. Stay focused during the appointment; avoid eating or drinking, and refrain from conducting the telehealth visit while driving, exercising, or running errands.

9. Dress appropriately as you would for an in-person appointment.

10. Please be punctual and ready to commence the virtual consultation on time.

How often will I receive a shipment?
