Medical weight loss refers to a comprehensive, physician-guided approach to weight management. Unlike conventional diet and exercise plans, medical weight loss programs involve the supervision and expertise of healthcare professionals, typically including physicians, dietitians, and other specialized staff.

Step Two:Once you complete the quiz- and qualify, you’ll be prompted to schedule an appointment with one of our network physicians for your Telehealth Consultation. Lastly, you’ll select one of our prescription-based weight loss packages that best suits you. It’s that easy!
Step Three:Once your consultation is completed, prescription orders are usually processed within 7-10 business days of invoice payment. Keep in mind delivery times may vary depending on the date of your telehealth appointment, types of medications, and medication supply. All medications and prescriptions are delivered directly to your door.
Our associates will liaise directly with your insurance company to facilitate the coverage assessment for your GLP-1 medication. It’s important to note that our programs are exclusively cash pay, and Momentum Health does not accept insurance for this service.
A prescription is required, but rest assured, our providers handle the prescribing and fulfillment through telemedicine.
